This Privacy Policy describes how the VYDAI service (the "Service") collects, uses, stores, and protects users' personal data.
1What data we collect
- registration data: email address, profile data, and account identifiers;
- technical data: IP address, browser data, event logs, and error logs;
- Service usage data: project settings, check results, and activity in the workspace.
2How we use data
- to provide access to the Service and its features;
- for authorization, security, and abuse prevention;
- to improve product quality and support users;
- to send service messages, such as invitations or access recovery emails.
3Legal bases for processing
We process data on the basis of performance of an agreement with the user, our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the Service, and, in specific cases, the user's consent.
4Transfer of data to third parties
We may engage trusted technology providers, such as hosting, authorization, email delivery, and analytics providers, who process data solely to provide Service functions. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Use of Google user data
When you connect a Google Analytics property to VYDAI, you grant us read-only access to that property using your Google account. We use this access solely to read aggregated traffic statistics for the property you selected, and to display the list of properties you own so that you can choose one.
We store only aggregated, non-personal statistics: the number of sessions, users, engaged sessions and key events per day and per traffic source, plus the landing page for visits from AI systems. We do not receive or store user-level or event-level data, and we do not receive any information that identifies a visitor of your website.
VYDAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you requested;
- we do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the service, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law;
- we do not use Google user data for advertising;
- we do not allow humans to read Google user data, unless we have your explicit consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymised.
You can revoke access at any time, either in VYDAI project settings or at Google Account permissions. When access is revoked or the connection is deleted in VYDAI, we delete the stored access credentials and the collected traffic statistics for that property.
5Data retention and deletion
Data is stored for the period necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests. A user may contact us regarding account deletion.
6Data protection
We apply organizational and technical security measures, including access control, infrastructure protection, and monitoring of anomalous activity.
7User rights
A user has the right to access their data, correct it, restrict processing, request deletion where grounds exist, and contact us with requests regarding data processing.
8Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain sessions, support secure authorization, and keep the interface stable.
9Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
