These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the VYDAI service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1Account
- you must provide accurate data when registering;
- you are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential;
- you must immediately notify us of suspicious activity in your account.
2Permitted use
The user agrees not to:
- use the Service for illegal activities;
- interfere with the operation of the infrastructure or attempt to bypass security restrictions;
- violate the intellectual property rights of other persons or companies.
3Functionality and changes
We may update, change, or restrict individual Service features for product development, security, and stability.
4Intellectual property
All rights to the Service software code, design, structure, and materials belong to the VYDAI rights holder, except where expressly stated otherwise.
5Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted operation, but we do not guarantee that there will be no technical failures or that the Service will be completely error-free.
6Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VYDAI is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, profit, or business reputation arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7Termination of access
We may temporarily suspend or terminate a user's access if these Terms, security requirements, or applicable law are violated.
8Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of applicable law.
